Welcome to "Your Voice: 2026 Associate Survey”

Thank you for participating in this survey. We are gathering the information on an anonymous basis to better understand our workplace environment. We are committed to a workplace where all Associates feel respected and are able to thrive. The goal of this survey is to understand Associates’ perception on topics such as engagement levels and company culture. The results of this survey will be used to identify actions that leadership can take to ensure we are creating a positive working environment for everyone.

Your voice is important and we encourage your honesty. We have hired a third-party survey company (SMG) to conduct this survey in a way that is strictly anonymous. Each Associate has received an individual link ensuring that all individual responses are collected confidentially. All Associate responses will be combined with the responses of others before results are shared with the Company. Therefore, no one at Ross, including your manager or Human Resources, will have the ability to identify you from your responses.

Please note: once you begin the survey, you must complete it as Associates are unable to save their responses and return to the survey later. Please set aside some time to carefully review each question and provide your honest answers.

Because of the security and confidentiality measures set for this survey, Associates will not receive individualized follow-up. If you believe that you have experienced or seen conduct that violates Company policy or have something similar that you want to talk about further, please contact your supervisor, a member of management, the Alertline at 1-800-93-ALERT, Legal, or any Human Resources Representative. The ALERTLINE is a separate company, hired by Ross, and runs ALERTLINE so Associates can feel safe reporting concerns anonymously. Ross does not tolerate inappropriate conduct and has a strict no-retaliation policy for reporting concerns of workplace misconduct.
